Welcome to Rural Connect, a service provided by Lazfort Studio. By accessing or using our application and internet services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Description of Service

Rural Connect provides localized internet hotspot access and management tools to rural communities. Our application allows you to purchase plans, manage subscriptions, and access support.

2. User Responsibilities

You agree to use our services responsibly. You are strictly prohibited from using our network for:

• Illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities.
• Distributing malware, spam, or conducting cyberattacks.
• Attempting to bypass our network security, authentication, or speed limits.

3. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and phone number used for OTP authentication. Any activity occurring under your account is your responsibility. Do not share your verification codes with anyone.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

All internet plans are prepaid. Services will be immediately suspended upon the expiration of your active plan. We do not offer refunds for partial usage or network outages outside of our reasonable control.

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain continuous service availability. However, the service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted internet access, particularly during severe weather, hardware failures, or routine maintenance.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and internet access immediately if you violate these Terms of Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

Lazfort Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Rural Connect service, including data loss or business interruptions.
